Cucumber Apple Egg Ribbon Soup 黄瓜苹果鸡蛋花汤 (Video)

Ingredients:
Cucumber 1/2 piece, Apple 1 piece, Egg 1, Water 400ml, Seasoning Add a touch of honey or salt to taste (optional)

Methods:
1. Wash cucumber and apple. Peel and cut into chunks. Remove the apple core.
2. Add cucumber and apple chunks along with water into the iTAZZO i-Processor blending jug.
3. Blend on Speed 4 for about 1 minute.
4. Pour the blended mixture into a pot and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
5. Beat the egg and slowly drizzle it into the boiling soup to create egg ribbons. Turn off the heat once done.
6. Adjust the taste with a bit of honey or salt, based on preference.

材料:
黄瓜 1/2根、苹果 1颗、鸡蛋 1颗、净水 400ml、调味 根据个人喜好颗加入一点蜂蜜或盐巴

做法:
1.青瓜苹果洗净,削皮切块,苹果记得去芯。
2.青瓜苹果块和水倒入 i-Processor智能养生机搅拌杯。
3.档速4搅拌1钟左右即可。
4.倒入锅中,中小火煮沸。
5.鸡蛋打散后倒入沸滚中的汤水中,形成蛋花后便可熄火。
6.可根据个人口味加入一点蜂蜜或盐巴调味。
