Ingredients:
Golden Pomfret—500-600gm, Ginger—20 gm, Salt—1tsp, Pepper Powder—1 tsp, Oil—as needed, Soy Sauce—as needed
Methods:
1. Evenly coat the fish with salt and pepper powder, marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Julienne the ginger and set aside.
3. Set the heat level of the Induction stove at 3, sauté the julienned ginger with some oil until fragrant.
4. Heat up some oil in the same cookware at heat level 3 of the Induction stove, pan-fry the fish until golden brown.
5. Garnish the fish with the sautéed ginger, then drizzle with some soy sauce and oil before serving.

金鲳鱼-500-600gm,姜—20gm,盐—1 茶匙,胡椒粉—1茶匙,油—适量,酱油—适量
做法:
1. 用盐和胡椒粉均匀涂在鱼身和鱼肉,腌制10分钟。
2. 把姜切成丝备用。
3. 使用Induction,设定3号火,用适量的油把姜丝爆香, 置旁备用。
4. 再倒入适量的油,等待锅和油变热。继续使用Induction,设定3号火,把鱼煎至金黄色。
5. 把之前爆香后的姜丝放在鱼上,并淋上酱油和油即可享用。
