Ingredients: Bananas, Spring roll pastry, Sugar, Butter/ Cheese-optional, Cooking oil, Egg white
Methods: 1. Cut the bananas into thin strips. 2. After thawing the spring roll pastry, peel it apart and place a banana strip on it. Sprinkle some sugar on the side and roll it up, sealing the ends. You can use egg whites to seal, in the video, we just used water. 3. Pour oil into a pan and set the iTAZZO e-Touch stove to medium-low heat. Once the oil is hot, place the banana rolls in the pan and fry until golden brown, then remove them from the pan. 4. Drain the oil and let the rolls cool. You can sprinkle powdered sugar or drizzle chocolate sauce to add extra flavor.
