Creamy Mushroom Soup 香浓奶油蘑菇汤 (Video)

Ingredients:
Mushrooms-6 pcs, Butter-20 gm, Milk-250 ml, Whipping Cream-50 ml, Onion-1/2 pc (Small), Minced Garlic-as needed, Salt-as needed, Black Pepper Powder-as needed, Italian Parsley-as needed, Flour-2 tsp (Optional)

Methods:
1. Chop the mushrooms and onions into small pieces.
2. Use the Induction stove, set the heat level to 2, add butter and minced garlic to the pan to sauté until fragrant.
3. Next, add the chopped onions and mushrooms and stir-fry until aromatic.
4. Pour in the milk and whipping cream and bring to a boil. Then, add salt, black pepper powder, and Italian parsley. Ready to serve!

Tips: To increase the thickness, you can add 2 teaspoons of flour.

材料:
蘑菇-6粒、黄油-20gm、牛奶-250ml、淡奶油-50ml、大葱-1/2 粒 (小) 、蒜蓉-适量、盐-适量、黑胡椒-适量、意式香草-适量、面粉-2茶匙 (可不加)

做法:

3. 然后加入切成颗粒后的大葱和蘑菇炒香。
4. 倒入牛奶和淡奶油煮沸后,接着加入盐、黑胡椒和意式香草就可享用!

Tips:若想要增加浓稠度可加2茶匙面粉
