Coconut Chicken Soup 老椰炖鸡汤 (Video)

Ingredients:
Old Coconut-1, Chicken-1 , Red Date-About 10 , Astragalus Root (Huang Qi)-About 1-2 slices, Lotus Seed-About 20 , Goji Berries-A handful, Water (enough to cover the ingredients)

Methods:
1. Make a small hole in the coconut to extract the coconut water and set it aside.
2. Crack open the coconut, remove the coconut flesh, and cut it into small pieces.
3. Rinse the chicken pieces and place them in a pot filled with water. Using the Induction stove, set the heat level to 7 to blanch the chicken. When the water boils, skim off the floating scum, drain the chicken, and set it aside.
4. Place a soup pot on the Hi-Light stove, set the heat level to 7, add the red dates, astragalus root, lotus seeds, and coconut flesh. Bring to a boil, then add the blanched chicken.
5. After boiling again and skimming off any floating scum on the soup, reduce the heat level to 2, set the timer to 1 hour, and simmer over low heat.
6. 10 minutes before turning off the heat, add the coconut water and goji berries.
7. Serve the Coconut Chicken Soup and enjoy.

材料:
老椰子-1颗 、鸡-1只、红枣-约10颗 、黄芪-约1-2片、莲子-约20颗、枸杞-些许、水-盖过材料

做法:
1. 老椰子敲开小洞取出椰水待用。
2. 破开椰子取出椰肉,然后切成小块待用。
3. 鸡肉块洗净后放入装有水的锅中,使用Induction,设定7号火,给鸡肉进行焯水。沸腾后,撇去浮沫,捞出控干水分待用。
4. 将汤锅置放在Hi-Light,设定7号火,加入红枣、黄芪、莲子、椰肉。煮沸后加入已焯水的鸡肉。
5. 再次煮沸,如有浮沫撇去,并将火力调至2号,时间设置1小时,以小火炖煮。
6. 在倒数计时最后10分钟,加入椰水还有枸杞即可。
7. 最后盛出椰子鸡汤,即可享用。
