Ingredients A: Dark Chocolate-70 gm, Butter(Melted)-50 gm, Life Water-25 ml
Ingredients B: Egg-1 pc, Egg Yolk-1pc, Sugar-30 gm
Ingredients C: Wheat Flour-25 gm
Ingredients D: Coco Powder-Some, Butter-Some
Cooking Utensil: Lava Cake Mould-2 sets
Methods:
1. Put ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend till homogenous.
2. Add in ingredients B and mix well at speed 1. After that put in ingredients C and blend till homogenous.
3. Evenly coat ingredients D on the surface of lava cake mould.
4. Preheat the oven, bake for 6 minutes at 220˚C. Ready to serve.

材料A:黑巧克力-70 gm、牛油(溶解)-50 gm、生命水-25 ml
材料 B:鸡蛋-1 粒、蛋黄-1粒、糖-30 gm
材料 C:低筋面粉-25 gm
材料 D:可可粉-适量、牛油-适量
备用炊具:蛋糕模具-2 个
做法:
1. 将材料A倒入养生机,设定1号搅拌至均匀。
2. 再将材料B倒入, 设定1号搅拌至均匀, 最后将材料C倒入一起搅拌均匀。
3. 在模具内,均匀地 涂上材料D后就倒入搅拌好的材料入模具内。
4. 预热烤炉,以220˚C 烘培6分钟即可享用。
