Chocolate Glutinous Rice Cake 爆浆巧克力糯米糕 (Video)

Ingredients A:
Egg-1 pc, Sugar-40 gm, Milk-230 ml, Corn Oil-40 ml, Glutinous Rice Flour-220 gm, Cocoa Powde-20 gm, Baking Powder-5 gm

Ingredient B:
Dark Chocolate Coin-Some

Ingredient C:
Chocolate Chips-Some

Spare Utensils:
Paper Cups-6 pcs


Methods:
1. Put all the ingredient A into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 2 minutes.
2. After blending, pour the batter into the paper cup until half full, put in some dark chocolate coins, then add the batter until 70% full.
3. Sprinkle with some ingredient C, then bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180֯ C. Ready to serve.
