Blueberry Cheese Tart 蓝莓芝士塔(video)

Ingredients A: High-gluten Flour-150 gm, Butter (Melted)-110 ml, Icing Sugar-10 gm

Ingredients B: Cream Cheese-80 gm, Blueberries-15 pcs, Whipping Cream-40 ml, Gelatin Powder-5 gm, Icing Sugar-30 gm

Methods:

1. Put ingredients A into the e-Maker, press“Knead”button.

2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and make it into small doughs weight 10gm each as cheese tart skin.

3. Put in the oven, bake for 10 minutes at 200˚C. After baking, set aside.

4. Put ingredients B into the e-Processor, set at speed 2 and blend till homogenous.

5. Pour slowly the mixture into the cheese tart skin. Refrigerate for 2 hours and ready to serve.

蓝莓芝士塔

材料A:高筋面粉-150 gm、牛油 (融化)-110 ml、糖粉-10 gm

材料B:奶油乳酪-80 gm、蓝莓-15 粒、奶油-40 ml、明胶粉-5 gm、糖粉-30 gm

做法:

1. 将材料A放入养生制造机,按“Knead”键搅拌均匀。

2. 完成后,即可取出放在碗中,以每粒10gm 做为饼皮。

3. 放入烘炉内,以200˚C 烘培10分钟。烘培后取出备用。

4. 将材料B放入养生调理机, 设定2号搅拌至均匀。

5. 将搅拌好的材料倒入饼皮内,放入冰箱冷藏2小时即可享用。
