Avocado Nut Smoothie 牛油果坚果奶昔 (Video)

Ingredients:
Avocado 1 piece, Nuts (almonds or cashews) a handful, Plain Yogurt 200ml, Fresh milk/plant-based milk/water 200mlThe thickness can be adjusted to your preference

Methods:
1. Scoop the avocado flesh and add all ingredients into the i-Processor.
2. Blend on Speed 8 for 1 minute.
3. For a chilled smoothie, add some ice cubes before blending.

材料:
牛油果 1颗、坚果(巴旦木,腰果都可以) 一小把、原味酸奶 200ml、鲜奶/植物奶/ 净水 -200ml (浓稠度可以根据个人喜好调整)

做法:
1.牛油果取出果肉,跟其他所有材料加入i-Processor智能养生机。
2.档速8搅拌1分钟即可。
3.如果想要喝冷的,可以加些冰块。
