Ingredients:
Canned Sardines-1 tin (425g), Bunga Kantan-1, Daun Kesum-1 small packs, Onion-1, Garlic-2 cloves, Chili Boh-1 tablespoon, Asam Keping-2~3, Salt-to taste, Water-150ml
Other Ingredients:
– Laksa noodles, Cucumber, Pineapple, Onion, Bunga kantan cut in julienne, Lime
Methods:
1.Clean the ingredients and set aside.
2.Place the sardines, onion, garlic, and Chili Boh into the i-Processor.
3.Blend at speed 6 for 1 minute.
4.Pour the sauce into a pot, add water, Daun Kesum, Bunga Kantan, and Asam Keping. Bring to a boil and simmer until flavorful.
5.Season with salt, then pour into bowls with prepared laksa noodles.
6.Add julienned cucumber, shredded pineapple, onion, Bunga Kantan and lime.
7.Finally, squeeze some lime juice on top, and it’s ready to be enjoyed!

做法:
1.将材料洗净后待用。
2.叻沙花切丝、洋葱切块、大蒜去皮待用。
3.将沙丁鱼、洋葱、大蒜、Chili Boh辣椒酱倒入i-Processor智能养生机。
4.当速6搅拌1分钟。
5.将酱料倒入锅中,加入水,叻沙叶、叻沙花、亚参片煮开,并熬煮至出味。
6.加入盐调味,然后倒入至已盛好粉的碗中。
7.加入黄瓜丝、黄梨丝、洋葱丝和叻沙花丝,以及桔子。
8.最后,挤出桔子汁便可开吃!
