Ingredients:
Seedless jujube (red dates)-20 pieces, Almond nuts-20 pieces, Unsalted butter-10g, Marshmallow-60g(prefer small size), Milk powder-20g, Salt-1 pinch , Milk powder for coating (40g) you can add an appropriate amount of matcha powder, cocoa powder or sesame powder to the milk powder for other flavours.
Methods:
1. Deseeded jujube (Seeds can be easily removed with an iron straw)
2. Stuff roasted almonds into jujubes3. Add butter in to the non-stick pan and melts over low heat
4. Pour in marshmallows and simmer until melted
5. Add milk powder and mix well
6. Turn off the heat and pour in almond jujube, male sure each one is evenly coated with melted marshmallow
7. Separate the Almond milk jujube while still warm, shape them into balls and coated with milk powder to prevent sticking
8. Sealed in an independent candy packaging bag, is a good idea to serve or as a gift o relatives and friends during Chinese New Year.

去籽红枣-20颗、杏仁坚果-20颗、奶油-10gm、棉花糖-60gm(建议选小颗粒的)、奶粉-20gn、盐-1小撮、奶粉沾裹奶枣外表用(40gm)若想要其他口味,可加入适量抹茶粉、可可粉或芝麻粉在奶粉中。
做法:
1. 红枣去籽(可用铁吸管轻松去籽)
2. 将烤熟的杏仁塞进红枣里面
3. 加入奶油至不粘锅小火融化
4. 倒入棉花糖小火煮至融化
5. 加入奶粉,翻拌均匀
6. 熄火倒入杏仁枣,让每一颗均匀裹上融化棉花糖
7. 趁还有余温分开杏仁奶枣,搓圆后裹上奶粉防粘
8. 可用独立糖果包装袋密封,新年招待或赠送亲友可有面子了!
