ABC Soup ABC汤

Ingredients: Potato-1/2 pc, Carrot-1/3 pc, Tomato-1/2 pc, Onion-1/4 pc, Hot water-300 ml

Methods：

1. First, steam the potato, carrot, tomato and onion.

2. Then put all the ingredients and hot water into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 2 minutes.

ABC汤

材料：马铃薯-1/2 粒、红萝卜-1/3 条、番茄-1/2 粒、洋葱-1/4 粒、热水-300 ml

做法：

1. 把马铃薯，红萝卜，番茄及洋葱蒸熟。

2. 蒸熟后，把全部材料及热水放进智能养生机内，设定速度5号搅拌2分钟即可。
