Lemon Grape Jam 柠香葡萄酱

Ingredients: Grape-200 gm, Lemon (with skin)-1/2 pc, Gelatine-1 tablespoon, Caster Sugar-3 tablespoons, Salt-Some

Methods：

1. Put the grape, lemon, caster sugar and salt into the i-Processor, set at speed 8 and blend for 5 minutes. 

2. After that, put in the gelatin and blend for 1 minute at speed 5. Ready to serve.

柠香葡萄酱

材料：葡萄-200 gm、柠檬 (连皮)-1/2 粒、明胶粉-1 汤匙、幼糖-3 汤匙、盐-少许

 

做法：

1. 将葡萄，柠檬，幼糖及盐放入智能养生机内，设定速度8号搅拌5分钟。

2. 然后加入明胶粉，设定速度5号再搅拌1分钟。完成后即可食用。
