Ingredients: Black Pepper-1 tablespoon, Garlic-30 gm, Red Onion-40 gm, Butter-1 1/2 tablespoons, Whipping Cream-1 tablespoon, Hot water-70 ml, Rock Sugar-1/2 tablespoon, Salt-Some

Methods：

1. Put the black pepper, garlic, red onion, butter, whipping cream, hot water, rock sugar and salt into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.

材料：黑胡椒-1 汤匙、蒜米-30 gm、红色洋葱-40 gm、鲜奶油 (黄油)-1 1/2 汤匙、奶油-1 汤匙、热水-70 ml、冰糖-1/2 汤匙 、盐-适量

做法：

1. 将黑胡椒，蒜米，红洋葱，黄油，奶油，热水，冰糖及盐放入智能养生机内，设定速度5号搅拌至5分钟即可食用。
