Ingredients: Jujubes 250gm, Water 600ml (adjust based on dryness of the jujubes)
Methods: 1. Wash the jujubes and let them dry. Roast over low heat until golden brown. 2. Removing the seeds is optional, depending on your preference. 3. Add the jujubes and water to the iTAZZO i-Processor. 4. Blend on Speed 8 for 10 minutes. 5. While blending, remove the small lid to let excess water evaporate. 6. Store the finished jujube paste in the refrigerator for up to a week.
