Peanuts (roasted)-100g, All purpose flour-100g, Icing sugar-65g, Peanut Oil-65g, Salt-1/4 tsp
[Filling]
Peanut butter-80g, Ground peanuts-80g , All purpose flour-15g, Salt-1/4 tsp
*Peanut mold (size for 20g)
Optional:
Edible gold powder liquid, bamboo charcoal powder
Methods:
[Peanut butter]
Toast the peanuts in advance, add a small piece of rock sugar and put it into the i-Processor, set at speed 8 and blend for about 5 minutes until smooth (if the amount is small, use Dry Grinder Jug)
[Ground peanuts]
Toast the peanuts in advance, put them into the i-Processor, set at speed to 2 and blend for about 5-10 seconds.
[Peanut powder]
Toast the peanuts in advance, put them into the i-Processor, set at speed 4, blend for about 10 seconds, add icing sugar and blend evenly(about 5 seconds)
Make the outer layer:
1. Pour the flour, salt and peanut powder with icing sugar into a bowl and mix well, then add peanut oil and mix well to form a dough.
2. Divide the dough into 15 grams, cover with cling film and set aside.
Make the filling:
1. Mix peanut butter, crushed peanuts, salt and flour to form a dough.
2. Divide the dough into 5 grams, cover with cling film and set aside.
Modeling:
1. Slightly knead the filling into a long shape, wrap it with the outer layer, and knead it into a long shape too.
2. Put the dough into the mold, place it on a baking tray and press it until form a peanut shape.
3. If you want to make bamboo charcoal flavor, just add an appropriate amount of bamboo charcoal powder when making the outer layer dough, and then brush the surface with gold powder before send to bake.
Baking:
1. Preheat the oven, bake at 160C for 20 minutes (Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
2. After it is completely cooled, put it into an independent packaging bag, or seal it in a jar.

做法:

花生米预先烤香,加一小块冰糖放入智能养生机,设置档速8号打约5分钟至顺滑(若量少请使用干磨杯)
[花生碎]
花生米烤香冷却后,放入智能养生机,设置档速2号打约5-10秒即可。
[花生粉]
花生米烤香冷却后,放入智能养生机,设置档速4号,打约10秒后加入糖粉再打几秒拌匀即可。
制作外层:
1. 将面粉、盐和已经加入糖粉的花生粉倒入碗中混合均匀,然后加入花生油拌匀成团即可。
2. 将面团分成15克,保鲜膜盖好待用。
制作内馅:
1. 将花生酱、花生碎、盐巴和面粉拌匀成团即可。
2. 将面团分成5克,保鲜膜盖好待用。
造型:
1. 将内馅搓成长形剂子,然后用外层包裹起来后,同样搓成长条形。
2. 面团放入模具,放置烤盘按压成花生形状即可。
3. 若想要制作竹炭黑花生酥饼,只需在制作外层面团时,加入适量竹炭粉,完成造型后再表面刷上金粉即可。
烘制:
1. 预热烤箱,160C烤20分钟 (上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)
2. 待完全冷却后再置入独立包装袋,或罐子密封即可。
