Sweet & Tangy Lychee Shrimp 酸甜荔枝虾 (Video)

Ingredients:
Medium shrimp 12 pieces, Fresh lychees 12 pieces, Tomato 1/2piece

For shrimp marinade:
A pinch of sugar, pepper, and soy sauce

For sweet and sour sauce:
Sugar, 2 tbsp ketchup

Methods:
1.Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Remove the veins and marinate with sugar, pepper, and soy sauce for 15 minutes.
2.Peel and pit the lychees.
3.Dice the tomato into small chunks.
4.Heat oil in a pan using the iTazzo e-Touch Smart Stove, then set it to medium-low heat.
5.Add the shrimp and stir-fry until half-cooked. Add the tomato chunks and sauté until fragrant.
6.Stir in the ketchup, then add the lychees. Toss everything together until evenly mixed.
7. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.

材料:
中型虾肉 12只、新鲜荔枝 12粒、番茄 1/2颗

虾肉调味:
适量砂糖、胡椒粉、生抽

酸甜酱汁:
砂糖(可加可不加)、蕃茄酱2汤匙


做法:
1.虾去壳留尾,去虾线,糖、胡椒粉和生抽腌制15分钟。
2.荔枝剥壳去籽。
3.番茄切小块。
4.锅中倒入油,油热后 iTazzo e-Touch 智能电炉后设中小火。
5.倒入虾球炒至半熟后加入番茄块炒香。
6.倒入番茄酱稍微翻炒,再加入荔枝肉翻炒均匀。
7.熄火盛起,即可享用。。
