Strawberry Jelly Cheese Cake 草莓果冻乳酪蛋糕

Ingredients A: Marie biscuits – 150 gm, Butter (Melted) – 80 gm

Ingredients B: Strawberry – 8 pcs

Ingredients C: Whipping Cream – 200 ml, Cream Cheese – 250 gm, Gelatin Powder – 8 gm, Caster Sugar – 30 gm, Strawberry – 85 gm

Ingredients D: Agar-agar – 10 gm, Caster Sugar – 40 gm, Hot Water – 400 ml

Ingredients E: Strawberry – 8 pcs

Spare Utensil: 8′ Movable Bottom Baking Cake Mould

Methods:

1. Put Marie biscuits of ingredient A into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend until fine, add in the melted butter and mix well. Pour the mixture into the cake mould.

2. Cut each strawberry of ingredient B into half and place them around the cake mould.

3. Put all the ingredients C into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 2 minutes. After blending, pour the mixture into the cake mould, surrounded by the strawberries. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

4. Put all the ingredients D into the e-Processor, set at speed 4 and blend for 3 minutes. Set aside for cooling down.

5. Remove the chilled cake from the fridge, cut strawberries of ingredient E into half and garnish as a flower in the middle of the cake.

6. Pour the mixture from step 4 onto the cake and refrigerate for 1 hour. Ready to serve.

草莓果冻乳酪蛋糕

材料A:玛丽饼干 – 150 gm, 牛油 (融化) – 80 gm

材料B:草莓 – 8 顆

材料C:奶油 – 200 ml, 奶油乳酪 – 250 gm, 明胶粉 – 8 gm, 细糖 – 30 gm, 草莓 – 85 gm

材料D:燕菜粉 – 10 gm, 细糖 – 40 gm, 热水 – 400 ml

材料E:草莓 – 8 顆

备用工具:8’活底蛋糕模具 – 1 个

做法:

1. 将材料A的玛丽饼干放入养生调理机,设定1号搅碎,再加入融化的奶油搅拌均匀,过后倒入蛋糕模具内压均匀。

2. 将材料B的草莓切半,然后绕着蛋糕模具摆放备用。

3. 将材料C倒入养生调理机,设定3号搅拌2分钟。完成后,将材料倒入已放好草莓的蛋糕模具内,放入冰箱冷藏1小时。

4. 将材料D倒入养生调理机,设定4号搅拌3分钟。搅拌后,放置一旁冷却备用。

5. 将已冷却的蛋糕从冰箱取出,将材料E切半,摆放在中间做成花的造型。

6. 将步骤4的燕菜倒入蛋糕内,放入冰箱冷藏1小时后即可享用。
