Ingredients A: Butterfly Pea Flower-4 gm, Life Water-50 ml, Ice Cube-Some
Ingredients B: Lemon (Remove skin)-20 gm, Pineapple-60 gm, Milk-100 ml, Rock Sugar-20 gm, Ice cube-Some
Methods：
1. Put in the butterfly pea flower and Life Water of Ingredient A into the e-Processor, set at speed 4 and blend till homogenous, add in ice cube and blend till smooth, pour into a glass.
2. Put in the lemon, pineapple, milk and rock sugar into the e-Processor, set at speed 4 and blend till homogenous, add in ice cube and blend till smooth, then pour into the same glass, ready to serve.

材料A：蓝花-4 gm、生命水-50 ml、冰块-适量
材料B：柠檬 (去皮)-20 gm、黄梨-60 gm、牛奶-100 ml、冰糖-20 gm、冰块-适量
做法：
1. 将材料A的蓝花和生命水放入养生调理机， 设定4号搅拌站均匀， 再加入冰块均匀即可倒入杯里。
2. 将材料B的柠檬， 黄梨，牛奶及冰糖放入养生调理机， 设定4号搅拌均匀，再加入冰块搅拌均匀， 然后倒入之前的杯里即可饮用。
