Ingredients:
Canned sweet corn 1 can (425gm), Coconut milk 200ml, Custard powder 150gm, Cornstarch 20gm, Sugar 100–150gm (adjust to taste), Salt a pinch, Water 750ml, Pandan leaves 1–2 leaves (optional, adds fragrance)

Methods:
1.Prepare all the ingredients and add them to the i-Processor.
2.Set the speed to 1- 2 and blend until smooth and free of lumps.
3.Pour the mixture into a 6-inch mold lined with parchment paper.
4.Before placing it in the oven, tap the mixture on the counter to eliminate surface bubbles.
5.Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 25 to 30 minutes on the middle rack.
6.Allow it to cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

材料:
甜玉米罐头- 1 罐(425gm)
椰浆 – 200ml
蛋黄粉- 150gm
玉米淀粉 – 20gm
细砂糖 – 100- 150gm (甜味自行调整)
盐巴 – 一小撮
净水 – 750ml
斑斓叶- 1-2片(可加可不加,增添香气)

做法:
1.全部食材倒入 iTAZZO i-Processor智能养生机搅拌杯。
2.档速1搅拌至所有材料均匀混合即可。
3.倒入打好的玉米糊和斑斓叶。
4.e-Touch 智能电炉设小火。
5.过程不断搅拌至变浓稠。
6.倒入容器,待冷却后放入冰箱冷藏。
7.取出切块,冷藏后的玉米糕更Q弹清爽!
