Pumpkin Date Glutinous Rice 南瓜椰枣糯米盅

Ingredients:
Beibei Pumpkin 1, Glutinous Rice 4 tablespoons, Dates (pitted) 3-4 pieces (can substitute with red dates), Coconut Milk 3 tablespoons, Salt To taste, Water 2 tablespoons, Sugar Optional, based on preference

Methods:
1. Soak the glutinous rice overnight.
2. Cut the top off the pumpkin and set it aside as a lid. Scoop out the seeds and pulp.
3. Mix water, coconut milk, and salt, then combine with the soaked glutinous rice.
4. Layer the pumpkin with alternating glutinous rice and dates until fully filled.
5. Place the filled pumpkin in a steamer, cover with the steamer lid.
6. Set the e-Touch Smart Stove to medium heat and steam for 60 minutes.
7. After steaming, keep the lid on and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
8. Serve warm or chilled, as preferred.

做法:
1.糯米提前浸泡隔夜。
2.贝贝南瓜切掉头部保留待用,挖走籽和瓤。
3.将清水、椰奶,盐巴混合均匀,倒入浸泡好的糯米拌匀。
4.一层椰枣肉,一层糯米饭直到填满南瓜。
5.水开后置入南瓜盅,盖上蒸锅盖。
6.将e-Touch智能电炉设中火,定时蒸约60分钟。
7.蒸好后,不要掀开锅盖,继续焖15-20分钟。
