Oreo Ice-cream 奥利奥雪糕

Ingredients A: Condensed Milk-80 gm, Full Cream Milk-200  gm, Ovalette-1 tbsp, Vanilla Essence-1 tsp

Ingredients B: Oreo Crumb-50 gm

Methods:

1. Put all the ingredients A into e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend for 2 minutes.

2. Pour the mixture into the ice-cream stick mould, add in the oreo crumb and mix well. Refrigerate for 5 hours before serving.

奥利奥雪糕

材料A:炼乳-80 gm、全脂牛奶-200 gm、蛋糕乳化剂-1匙、香草精-1茶匙

材料B:奥利奥饼干碎-50 gm

做法:

1. 把所有材料A放入养生调理机,设定1号搅拌2分钟。

2. 取出倒入冰淇淋模具里,加入奥利奥饼干碎搅拌均匀,再放入冰箱冷藏5小时即可享用。
