Ingredients A: Pumpkin (Remove Skin)-300 gm, Butter-30 gm, Rock Sugar Powder-50 gm
Ingredients B: Glutinous Rice Flour-280 gm, Life Water-200 ml, Rock Sugar Powder-80 gm
Ingredients C: Cooking Oil-5 ml
Ingredients D: Glutinous Rice Flour-50 gm, Life Water-200 ml, White Sesame-60 gm
Spare Ingredients: Glutinous Rice Flour-Some
Methods:
1. Preheat the steamer, steam pumpkin for 20 minutes. Put in the steamed pumpkin, rock sugar and butter into a pan, stir-fry till dry, set aside the mashed pumpkin for use.
2. Mix well Life Water and rock sugar powder of ingredients B.
3. Pour the glutinous rice flour of ingredients B into the e-Maker, press “Knead” button then pour in the mixture of step 2 to mix well.
4. After 4 minutes, take out the mixture from the e-Maker, make into dough with ingredient C. Place the dough into a bowl and cover with a lid for 30 minutes.
5. After 30 minutes, take out the dough and place on dusted cutting board, then divide the dough into 30gm each portion.
6. Flatten the dough and place 10gm of mashed pumpkin on the dough, wrap it into round shape.
7. Mix well the glutinous rice flour and Life Water of ingredients D in a bowl, dip the ball into the water and then dip in the white sesame.
8. Preheat the pan with cooking oil, pour in the golden sesame ball and fry till golden brown. Ready to serve.
芝麻粒藏黄金
材料A:金瓜 (去皮)-300 gm、牛油-30 gm、冰糖粉-50 gm
材料B:糯米粉-280 gm、生命水-200 ml、冰糖粉-80 gm
材料C:食油-5 ml
材料D:糯米粉-50 gm、生命水-200 ml、白芝麻-60 gm
备用材料:糯米粉-适量
做法:
1. 预热蒸炉, 将金瓜蒸20分钟。 金瓜蒸熟后,一起将冰糖粉和牛油放入平底锅炒至干水不沾锅。将金瓜蓉放置一旁冷却备用。
2. 将材料B的生命水和冰糖粉拌均匀备用。
3. 将材料B的糯米粉放入养生制造机,然后按“knead”开始搅拌,慢慢将已搅拌均匀的步骤2材料倒入。
4. 4分钟后,将糯米团取出,倒入材料C,用手搓成一块,放入碗中,盖起来闲置30分钟。
5. 30分钟后取出糯米团,撒些备用的糯米粉在砧板上,将糯米团分割成每粒30gm。
6. 用拇指按下糯米球成平面,然后放入10gm的金瓜蓉包起来,搓成球状。
7. 将材料D的糯米粉与生命水倒入碗中搅拌均匀, 然后将已搓好的糯米球放入糯米水里,取出再粘上白芝麻。
8. 预热油锅,放入油锅中炸至金黄色即可食用。
