Ingredients A: Full Cream Milk-670 gm, Butterfly Pea Flower-10 gm, Eggs-4 pcs, Salt-2 gm, Sugar-70 gm, Butter(Melted)-40 gm, Self Raising Flour-240 gm
Ingredients B: Whipping Cream-450 gm, Sugar-40 gm
Methods:
1. From ingredient A, first add full cream milk (200g) and butterfly pea flower into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend till smooth. Then, add in the rest of full cream milk, egg, salt, sugar and melted butter into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend till fine.
2. Add in the self raising flour into e-Processor, speed 1 and blend until fine, then set it aside.
3. Preheat the pan, pour a spoonful of batter into the pan, swirl into a thin slice, use low heat to cook, remove from the pan when it’s cooked and set aside. Repeat the same for the remaining batter.
4. Put all the ingredients B into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend till stiff form.
*Tip: Keep the whipping cream in the freezer until you are ready to use.
5. Take one piece of crepes and spread with the whipping cream on it, place another crepe on it, again spread with the whipping cream. Repeat the same until the final crepe. Ready to serve.

材料A:全脂奶-670 gm、蝶豆花-10 gm、鸡蛋-4粒、盐-2 gm、砂糖-70 gm、黄油(溶解)-40mgm、自发面粉-240 gm
材料B:淡奶油-450 gm、砂糖-40 gm
做法:
1. 先将材料A的200g全脂奶和蝶豆花放入养生调理机内,设定1号搅拌至细滑。将剩余的全脂奶、鸡蛋、盐、砂糖和黄油加入养生调理机,设定1号搅拌至均匀。
2. 将材料A的自发面粉加入养生调理机内,设定1号搅拌至均匀备用。
3. 预热锅,倒入一勺的面糊,再快速转动平底锅让面糊均匀摊开,以小火煎熟即可取出,搁置一旁放凉备用。重复操作直至煎完所有面糊。
4. 将材料B放入养生调理机内,设定1号打发至硬备用。
*小贴士:淡奶油要使用时才从冰箱取出
5. 将打发好的淡奶油涂在饼皮上,再拿另一张饼皮叠在第一张饼皮上,同样涂上淡奶油。重复操作直至所有饼皮,即可享用。
