Ingredients A: Egg Yolk-2 pcs, Icing Sugar-80 gm, Coconut Milk-100 ml, Salt-Some
Ingredients B: Tapioca Starch-190 gm, Corn Flour-50 gm
Cooking Utensil: Kuih Bangkit Mould-1 pc
Methods:
1. Mix well all the ingredients A and set aside.
2. Put ingredients B into the e-Maker, press “Knead” button to start the kneading. Slowly pour in the ingredients A mixture into the e-Maker.
3. After kneading for 4 minutes, press again the “Knead” button.
4. After kneading, take out the dough and put the dough into the Kuih Bangkit Mould then squeeze out the shaped dough.
5. Preheat the oven, bake for 30 minutes at 150˚C. After that, reduce the oven to 100˚C and bake further for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
番婆饼
材料A:蛋黄-2粒、糖粉-80 gm、椰浆-100 ml、盐-适量
材料B:木薯粉-190 gm、玉米粉-50 gm
备用工具:番婆饼模具-1 个
做法:
1. 将材料A搅拌均匀备用。
2. 将材料B放入养生制造机,按”Knead”键然后再将之前备用的材料A慢慢地倒入养生制造机内。
3. 4分钟后, 再按”Knead”键以搅拌更均匀。
4. 搅拌均匀后,取出面团然后将面团放入模具里再按出来。
5. 预热烘炉,以150˚C 烘培30分钟,过后把温度降至100˚C 烘培10分钟即可享用。
