Ingredients:
Red beans-250gm, Water-400gm, Rock sugar-60gm
Methods:
1. Rinse the red beans and soak them overnight. Drain and rinse once more before use.
2. Add filtered water to a pot, then add the red beans.
3. Set the iTAZZO e-Touch Electric Stove to high heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat and skim off any foam.
4. Use the e-Touch timer to set 50 minutes to cook the red beans until they are tender.
5. Drain excess water, add rock sugar, and stir over low heat until melted. The remaining red bean water can be sweetened to make a drink.
6. The cooked sweet red beans should be tender enough to be easily mashed with a light press of your fingers.
7. Store the sweet red beans in a clean, airtight container and refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for about a month.

做法:
1.红豆洗净后浸泡隔夜,过滤水清洗一遍后待用。
2.锅中加入过滤水,然后倒入红豆。
3.iTAZZO e-Touch 电炉设大火煮沸后转小火,捞出浮出泡沫。
4. 用e-Touch 电炉定时功能,设置50分钟将红豆煮熟。
5.多余的红豆水不必倒掉可另外盛起,加点冰糖或蜂蜜便是美味的红豆水。取出多余水分后,趁热将冰糖加入红豆,小火炒至冰糖融化即可。
6.煮好的蜜红豆,手指轻轻一捏就碎。
7.蜜红豆装入干净的密封容器,存入冰箱冷藏可保鲜一周左右,冷冻可保存约一个月。
