Homemade Fried Dumplings 自制家乡味锅贴 (video)

Ingredients A: Egg-1 pc, Salt-Some, Life Water-Some

Ingredients B: Bread Flour-150 gm

Ingredients C: Ginger-20 gm, Chopped Green Inion-4 gm, Salt-Some, Sesame Oil-1 teaspoon, Soy Sauce-1 teaspoon, White Pepper Powder-Some, Egg-1 pc

Ingredients D: Chicken Breast-90 gm

Ingredients E: Cooking Oil-Some

Ingredients F: Cassava Powder-20 gm, Life Water-Some

Methods:

1. Bring the ingredients A of egg, salt and life water to 70ml and mix well. Set aside for use.

2. Pour the ingredient B into the e-maker, close the cover properly.

3. Connect the power supply, press“POWER”button and select 1 cup, the e-maker will start operating.

4. At the process of mixing the flour, slowly pour in the mixture (Step 1) and mix till homogeneous.

5. Then the e-maker will start to produce your desired noodles.

* Tips: Please use the 0.8mm dumpling mould.

6. Cut the noodle into mould size, cover it and set aside.

7. Put all ingredients C into the e-Processor, use“Pulse”to blend for 1 time. Add in ingredient D and use“Pulse”to blend for another 2 times. After blending, pour into a bowl.

*Step 7: Please use Dry Grinder Jug

8. Take the dumplings skin and add the fillings, apply a layer of water on the skin and make it into dumplings.

* Tips: Please use the dumpling mould.

9. Preheat the pan, add ingredient E and dumplings into the pan, fry the dumplings till golden brown.

10. At the end, mix up the ingredients F, pour into the pan till 1/4 of the height of dumplings, and then close the lid and use the medium heat for 20 minutes until dry water. Ready to serve.

自制家乡味锅贴

材料A:鸡蛋-1 粒、盐-少许、生命水-适量

材料B:高筋面粉-150 gm

材料C:姜-20 gm、葱花-4 gm、盐-适量、麻油-茶匙、酱油-1 茶匙、白胡椒粉-适量、鸡蛋-1 粒

材料D:鸡胸肉-90 gm

材料E:食油-少许

材料F:木薯粉-20 gm、生命水-适量

做法:

1. 首先将材料A的鸡蛋,盐和生命水的份量调至70ml,然后搅拌至均匀备用。

2. 将材料B倒入养生制造机内,并将盖盖好。

3. 启动电源,按“POWER”,再选择1杯的分量,机器将开始操作。.

4. 当在搅拌面粉时,把步骤1的材料慢慢倒入机器当中一起搅拌均匀。

5. 当面粉搅拌均匀后,机器将自动制造出面条。

*小贴士:请选用0.8mm云吞皮的模具

6. 把制造出来的面条剪成模具尺寸,然后盖好备用。

7. 将所有的材料C倒入养生调理机,按”Pulse”键1次,再加入材料D,按”Pulse”键2次即可倒出放在碗中。

*步骤7: 请使用干磨杯

8. 拿出之前备用的锅贴皮,把搅拌好的肉碎放在中间,在肉碎外围涂上一层水,然后夹成锅贴形状即可。

*小贴士:请选用水饺模具

9. 预热锅,然后加入材料E及将包好的锅贴加入锅中煎至外皮呈现金黄色。

10. 最后将材料F搅拌均匀,倒入锅里至锅贴1/4的高度,然后关盖用中火焖20分钟至干水即可享用。
