Homemade Freshly Ground Pepper 自制现磨胡椒粉

Ingredients:
White pepper-200gm, Black pepper-20gm, The ratio of white to black pepper is 10:1

Methods:
1.Make sure the pepper corns are sufficiently dry, or you can toast/roast them slightly before grinding.
2.Combine white and black pepper corns in the i-Processor dry grinder jug, maintaining the 10:1 ratio.
3.Set the speed to 8 and blend until finely powdered. (1 to 2 minutes)

材料:
白胡椒粒-200gm、黑胡椒粒-20gm、白胡椒和黑胡椒的比例是10:1

做法:
1.确保胡椒颗粒是足够干燥,也可以稍微烤/炒香后再磨制。
2.以10:1的白胡椒和黑胡椒比例,加入i-Processor干磨杯。
3.设置档速8,搅拌成幼细粉末即可。(1至2分钟)
