Homemade Dumpling 自制水饺

Ingredients A: Egg-1 pc, Water-Some, Salt-Some

Ingredients B: Flour-1 full cup

Ingredients C: Chicken Meat-300 gm, Egg-1 pc, Oyster Sauce-1 tsp, Soy Sauce-1 tsp, Sugar-Some, Salt-Some

Ingredients D: Spring Onion -Some

Methods:

1. Bring the ingredients A to 70ml and mix well. Set aside for use.

2. Pour the ingredient B into the e-maker, close the cover properly.

3. Connect the power supply, press “POWER” button and select 1 cup, the e-maker will start operating.

4. At the process of mixing the flour, slowly pour in the mixture (Step 1) and mix till homogeneous.

5. Then the e-maker will start to produce your desired noodles, cover it and set aside.

* Tips: Please use the 1.1mm dumpling mould

6. Put all ingredients C into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 blend till smooth.

*Tips: Please use Dry Grinder Jug

7. Pour the fillings into a bowl, add in ingredient D and mix well.

8. Take the dumplings skin and add the fillings, apply a layer of water around the edge of the skin and seal it into dumplings.

* Tips: Please use the dumpling mould.

9. When the water is boiling, add the dumplings into the pot and cook until it’s done. Ready to serve.

面粉糕

材料A:鸡蛋-1粒、生命水-少许、盐-少许

材料B:面粉-1平杯

材料C:江=鸡肉-300 gm、鸡蛋-1粒、蚝油-1茶匙、酱青-1茶匙、细糖-少许、盐-少许

材料D:青葱-少许

做法:

1. 首先材料A的份量调至70ml,然后搅拌至均匀备用

2. 将材料B倒入机器内,并将盖盖好

3. 启动电源,按“POWER”,再选择1杯的分量,机器将开始操作

4. 当在搅拌面粉时,把步骤1的材料慢慢倒入机器当中一起搅拌均匀

5. 当面粉搅拌均匀后,机器将自动制造出面条,然后盖好备用

*小贴士:请选用1.1mm饺子皮的模具

6. 将所有材料C放入养生调理机,设定3号打至细滑

*小贴士:请使用干磨杯搅拌

7. 将打好的肉碎装在碗里,加入材料D搅拌均匀备用

8. 拿出之前备用的水饺皮,把搅拌好的肉碎放在中间,在肉碎外围涂上一层水,然后夹成水饺形状即可

*小贴士:请选用饺子模具

9. 煮沸水后,将包好的水饺放入锅中煮熟即可享用。
