Homemade Anchovy Powder 自制江鱼仔粉

Ingredients:
Peeled Anchovies-about 120 grams (as shown in the video)

Methods:
1. Rinse the anchovies with filtered water (2-3 times).
2. Drain and spread them evenly on a baking tray. Bake at 100°C for about 1 hour. Air fryer at 150°C for 15 minutes.
3. After cooling, transfer to dry grinder jug. , set the i-Processor to speed 8, blended into powder in just 10 seconds!
4. You can store it in a clean jar and refrigerate it for a few months.

材料:
江鱼仔(已剥)-120克左右(视频中的量)


做法:
1.先将江鱼仔用过滤水洗净(2-3遍)
2.沥干后平铺在烤盘,上下火100度,烤约1小时。空气炸锅150度,15分钟。
3.冷却后倒入干磨杯,i-Processor 智能养生机档速设8,10秒就打成粉末了!
4.可以装进干净罐子,放进冰箱冷藏几个月。
