Hokkien Mee 福建面 (video)

Ingredients A: Flour-1 full cup, Life Water-60 ml

Ingredients B: Dark Soy Sauce-3 tablespoon, Soy Sauce-3 tablespoon, Oyster Sauce-2 tablespoon, Garlic(Chopped)-3 pcs, Salt-Some

Ingredients C: Napa Cabbage-2 slices, Fish Cake-1 pc, Chicken Meat-50 gm

Ingredients D: Life Water-150 ml

Utensils: Medium Spaghetti Mould

Methods:

1. Pour the flour into the e-Maker, close the cover properly.

2. Connect the power supply, press“POWER”button and select 1 cup, the e-Maker will start operating.

3. During the kneading process, slowly pour life water of ingredients A into the e-Maker and mix till homogeneous.

4. Then the e-Maker will start to produce your desired noodles.

* Tips: Choose your desired noodle mould for making different type of noodles.

5. Cook the noodles and set aside.

6. Stir fry the ingredients B until fragrant, then pour in the ingredients C, noodles and ingredient D, use low heat to cook the noodle until done. Ready to serve.

材料A:面粉-1 平杯、生命水-60 ml

材料B:黑酱油-3汤匙、酱油-3汤匙、蚝油-2 汤匙、蒜米(切碎)-3小粒、盐-适量

材料C:白菜-2片、鱼饼-1条、鸡肉-50 gm

材料D:生命水-150 ml

备用工具:粗圆面模具

做法:

1. 将材料A的面粉倒入养生制造机内,并将盖盖好。

2. 启动电源,按“POWER”,再选择1杯的分量,机器将开始操作。

3. 当在搅拌面粉时,把材料A的生命水慢慢倒入机器当中一起搅拌均匀。

4. 当面粉搅拌均匀后,机器将自动制造出面条。

*小贴士:可选择自己喜欢的模具,以制造出不同特色的面条。

5. 将制造出来的面条用热水烫熟备用。

6. 将材料B放入锅内爆香, 然后再放入材料C和烫熟的面条,倒入材料D,用小火焖煮至熟即可享用。
