Grandma’s Stir-Fried Pickled Mustard Greens 阿嬷炒咸酸菜

Ingredients:
Pickled mustard greens, Chicken (or any protein of your choice), Minced garlic, Chilies, Tomatoes, Peanut oil, Oyster sauce, Soy sauce, Ground pepper, Cornstarch, Sugar

Methods:
1. Slice the chicken into thin strips and marinate with soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch, and peanut oil. Mix well and let sit for 30 minutes.
2. Rinse the pickled mustard greens and slice thinly. Wash and dice the tomatoes.
3. Set the e-Touch Smart Stove to low heat. Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry over medium-low heat.
5. Add the tomatoes, pickled mustard greens, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until the chicken is coated and fragrant.
6. Finally, add the chili and sugar. Stir-fry quickly until well combined.
7. Once everything is cooked, transfer to a bowl or plate and serve hot with a bowl of white rice!

材料:
咸菜、鸡肉(或任何肉类)、蒜末、辣椒、番茄、花生油、蚝油 、生抽、胡椒粉、玉米淀粉、糖份量可以根据个人喜好和口味调整。

做法:
1.鸡肉切丝后用适量生抽、胡椒粉、玉米淀粉抓匀,然后倒入花生油拌匀,腌制30分钟。
2.咸菜洗净切丝,番茄洗净切小块。
3.e-Touch 智能电炉设小火,锅中倒油,油热后倒入蒜末爆香。
4.然后倒入鸡丝,可以设中小火快炒。
5.接着倒入番茄、咸菜、蚝油,将鸡肉拌匀炒香。
6.最后再加入辣椒,还有糖快炒拌匀即可。
7.所有食材炒熟后盛在碗碟,趁热来碗白米饭!
