Ingredients A: Yeast-3 gm, Life water-70 ml
Ingredients B: Flour-160 gm, Cooking Oil-2 ml
Ingredients C: Tomato Sauce-Some, Sausage(cut in cube)-20 gm, Pineapple(cut in cube)-20 gm, Straw Mushroom(cut in cube)-20 gm, Cheese(cut in cube)-20 gm
Ingredients D: Egg Wash-1 pc
Methods:
1. Mix well the ingredients A and set aside.
2. Put the flour of ingredients A into the e-Maker, press “Knead” button, then slowly pour the mixture A and cooking oil of ingredients B into the e-Maker.
3. After 4 minutes, press “Knead” button to mix till homogenous.
4. After mixing, take out the dough and set aside for 30 minutes for fermentation.
5. After fermentation, cut the dough into half, use the rolling pin to roll out the dough into rectangle.
6. Spread the tomato sauce and balance ingredients of ingredients C on the dough and wrap it up.
7. Spread a layer of butter on the baking tray, then put pillow bun on the baking tray.
8. Brush with egg wash on the surface.
9. Preheat the oven, bake at 180˚C for 20 minutes. Ready to serve.

炸麻叶
材料A:酵母-3 gm、生命水-70 ml
材料B:面粉-160 gm、食油-2 ml
材料C:番茄酱-适量、香肠(切粒)-20 gm、黄梨(切丁)-20 gm、草菇(切丁)-20 gm、芝士(切丁)-20 gm
材料D:蛋黄液 – 1粒
做法:
1. 将材料A搅拌均匀备用。
2. 将材料B的面粉放入养生制造机, 按“Knead”键, 然后 再将之前备用的材料A和材料B的食油慢慢地倒入养生制造机内。
3. 4分钟后,再按“Knead”键一次以便搅拌得更均匀。
4. 完成后, 即可取出然后盖着置旁30分钟的发酵。
5. 发酵后, 将面团分成一半,然后用面粉棒搓成长方形。
6. 在表皮上涂上材料C的番茄酱,再撒上其余的材料C在饼皮上,然后包起来。
7. 在烘炉盘涂上一层牛油,然后将枕头面包放在烘炉盘。
8. 在饼皮上涂上一层蛋黄液。
9. 预热烘炉,以180˚C 烘培20分钟即可享用。
