Ingredients: Coconut Milk-50 ml, Pandan Leaf-1 pc, Jelly Powder-3 teaspoons, Rock Sugar-4 tablespoons, Salt-some, Hot Water-600 ml
Methods:
1. Put jelly powder, rock sugar and hot water into the e-Processor. Set at speed 3 and blend for 2 minutes.
2. Take half of the ingredients out of jug, put in the pandan leaf and blend for 2 minutes at speed 3.
3. Put in half that previous keep, add in coconut milk, set at speed 3 and blend for 1 minute.
4. Mix up two different colour of ingredient in a container.
5. Fridge for 1-2 hours and then ready to serve.
翡翠椰云石
椰浆及班兰叶都有独特的香味。这两种材料可简简单单用养生调理机处理, 不但保存着全部营养, 更成了一家大小难以抗拒的甜点。
材料:椰浆-50 ml 、班兰叶-1 片、燕菜粉-3 茶匙、冰糖-4 汤匙、盐-少许、热水-600 ml
做法:
1. 将燕菜粉, 冰糖及热水放入养生调理机。设定3号打至2分钟。
2. 把一半的材料倒出备用。 放进班兰叶, 设定3号打至2分钟。
3. 再把之前备用的倒入养生机内,加入椰浆,设定3号打至1分钟。
4. 将两个不同颜色的燕菜一起倒入容器中。
5. 放进冰箱1-2小时, 即可食用
