Dutch Baby Pancake 荷兰宝贝松饼 (video)

Ingredients A: Egg – 2 pcs, Flour – 64 gm, Milk – 90 ml, Sugar – 20 gm

Ingredients B: Butter – 16 gm

Spare Utensil: Icing sugar – Some

Methods:

1. Preheat the pan in the oven at 200℃ for 5 minutes.

2. Put all the ingredient A into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend for 5 seconds.

3. Take out the pan from the oven, brush the pan with ingredient B.

4. Pour the mixture into the pan, bake the mixture for 15 minutes at 200°C. After 15 minutes, turn to 150℃ for 5 minutes.

5. Sprinkle with the icing sugar after baking. Ready to serve.

荷兰宝贝松饼

材料A :鸡蛋 – 2 顆, 面粉 – 64 gm,牛奶 – 90 ml,糖 – 20 gm

材料B :牛油 – 16 gm

备用工具:糖粉 – 适量

做法:

1. 将锅放入烤炉, 设定200℃预热5分钟。

2. 将所有材料A放入养生调理机,设定1号搅拌5秒。

3. 将锅从烤炉内取出,在锅表层均匀涂上材料B。

4. 将搅拌好的面糊倒入锅中,放入烤炉设定200°C烤15分钟。15分钟后,调去150°C再烤5分钟。

5. 从烤炉取出松饼后,撒上糖粉即可享用。
