Durian Ice-Cream 榴莲雪糕 (video)

Ingredients: Durian Pulp (Remove Seed) – 300 gm, Whipping Cream – 300 ml, Full Cream Milk – 200 ml, Sugar – 20 gm

Methods:

1. Put all ingredients into the e-Processor, set at speed 2 and blend for 2 minutes.

2. After blending, pour the mixture into the ice bag until 70% full in order to tie a knot, then freeze it for 5 hours. Ready to serve.

榴莲雪糕

材料 :榴莲果肉 (去籽) – 300 gm, 淡奶油 – 300 ml, 全脂牛奶 – 200 ml, 糖 – 20 gm

做法:

1. 将所有材料放入养生调理机,设定2号搅拌2分钟。

2. 搅拌好后, 倒入冰条袋至7分满以方便打死结,放进冰箱冷藏5小时即可享用。
