Ingredients A: Unsalted Butter (Melted)-20 gm, Egg-1 pc, Life Water-100 ml
Ingredients B: High Gluten Flour-250 gm, Yeast-3 gm, Sugar-25 gm
Ingredients C: Icing Sugar-Some
Methods:
1. Mix well the ingredients A and set aside.
2. Put the ingredients B into the e-Maker, press“Knead” button, then slowly pour the mixture A into the e-Maker.
3. After mixing, take out the dough and use hands to knead for a while. Cover with damp cloth, set aside 30 minutes for fermentation.
4. After 30 minutes, sprinkle some high gluten flour on the plate and make the dough into long shape then cut into 3 parts.
5. Pull each part of the dough into long shape and cut into 100 gm each, then make into doughnuts.
6. Coat both sides of the doughnuts with high gluten flour, set aside the doughnuts for 10 minutes for fermentation.
7. Heat up the wok and fry the doughnuts till golden brown.
8. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Ready to serve.

甜甜圈
材料A:无盐奶油 (融化)-20 gm、鸡蛋-1粒、生命水-100 ml
材料B:高筋面粉-250 gm、酵母-3 gm、糖-25 gm
材料C:糖粉-适量
做法:
1. 将材料A搅拌均匀备用。
2. 将材料B倒入养生制造机,启动电源,按“Knead”键。然后再将之前备用的材料慢慢地倒入养生制造机内。
3. 完成后,即可取出面团放在碗中搓一搓,用湿布盖着,等待30分钟的发酵。
4. 30分钟后,撒一些高筋面粉在盘上,将面团搓成条形后切成三份。
5. 将每份面团拉长后再切成每粒100 gm,然后做成甜甜圈的形状。
6. 完成后,将甜甜圈的两面沾上高筋面粉再发酵10分钟。
7. 热锅后,以中火把甜甜圈炸至金黄色。
8. 最后撒上糖粉,即可享用。
