Crispy Vegetarian Pizza 脆皮素食披萨(video)

Ingredients A: Bread Flour-1 flat cup, Life Water-25 ml, Cooking Oil-25 ml, Egg-1 pc

Ingredients B: Tomato Sauce-50 ml, Whipping Cream-50 ml, Sugar-40 gm

Ingredients C: Cheese-60 gm, Vegetarian Cha Siew-80 gm, Mushroom-20 gm, Cherry Tomatoes-8 pcs

Ingredients D: Egg-1 pc, Pepper Powder-Some

Tools: Rolling Pin-1 set, Baking Sheet-2 pcs, Pizza-1 pc

Methods:

1. From ingredient A, first mix well the life water, cooking oil and egg, then set aside for use. Pour the bread flour into the e-Maker, press“KNEAD” button, and then slowly pour in the mixture. 

2. Take out the dough after 4 minutes. Use a rolling pin to make the dough into pizza crust.

3. Cut the pizza crust into the size of the pizza plate, place a baking sheet on the pizza plate before placing the pizza crust. Cut the pizza crust into 8 pcs from the center out to half of the pizza.

4. Heat up the Ingredients B for 2 minutes, and then spread on the pizza crust.

5. Spread Ingredient C on the pizza crust, and then flip the pizza crust outward into 8 slices.

6. Make Ingredient D into egg wash, and then brush on the pizza crust.

7. Pre-heat the oven, set at 250˚C and bake for 20 minutes. Ready to serve.

皮素食披萨

材料A:面包粉-1 平杯、生命水-25 ml、食油-25 ml、鸡蛋-1 粒

材料B:番茄酱-50 ml、奶油-50 ml、糖-40 gm

材料C:芝士-60 gm、素叉烧-80 gm、蘑菇-20 gm、樱桃番茄-8 粒

材料D:鸡蛋-1 粒、胡椒粉-适量

工具擀面棍-1 把、烘培纸-2 张、披萨盘 (9cm)-1 个、小刀-1 把

做法:

1. 先将生命水,食油和鸡蛋搅拌均匀备用。再将面包粉放入养生制造机,按 “Knead”键, 然后将已搅拌好的材料,慢慢的倒入养生制造机内。

2. 4分钟后,将面团取出,再 用擀面棍搓成披萨形状。

3. 将披萨饼皮割成披萨盘的尺寸,然后将披萨饼皮放在已铺好烘培纸的披萨盘上,用小刀切成8片 (由内切至表皮的一半)。

4. 将材料B倒入锅中加热2分钟后,涂在披萨饼皮上。

5. 将材料C平均铺满在披萨饼皮上,然后再将披萨饼皮从中心各自往外折成8片。

6. 先将材料D做成刷蛋液,然后涂在披萨饼皮上。

7. 预热烘炉,以250˚C 烘培20分钟即可享用。
