Ingredients A: Corn Flour-50 gm, Custard Powder-80 gm, Plain Flour-120 gm, Icing Sugar-80 gm
Ingredients B: Planta Margarine(Melted)-150 gm , Egg Yolk-1 pc
Ingredients C: Glaze Cherries(Diced)-25gm
Cooking Utensil: Mould-1 set
Methods:
1. Put the ingredients A into the e-Maker, press “Knead” button to mix well.
2. After 4 minutes, add in the ingredients B into the e-Maker then press “Knead” button again.
3. After 4 minutes of kneading, take out the mixture and put into a bowl.
4. Put the dough into the mould and squeeze it out, then garnish with ingredients C.
5. Preheat the oven, bake for 15 minutes at 180˚C. Ready to serve.
酥脆奶油曲奇
材料A:玉米粉-50 gm、吉士粉-80 gm、面粉-120 gm、糖粉-80 gm
材料B:白兰他牛油(融化)-150 gm、蛋黄-1 粒
材料C:糖渍樱桃(切块)-25 gm
备用工具:模具-1 个
做法:
1. 将材料A放入养生制造机, 按“Knead”键以将材料搅拌均匀。
2. 4分钟后,加入材料B在养生制造机内,然后再按“Knead”键。
3. 4分钟搅拌均匀后, 将面团取出放在碗里。
4. 将面团放入模具后挤出,再将材料C放在上面做装饰。
5. 预热烘炉, 以180˚C烘培15分钟即可享用。
