Ingredients A: Life Water-150 ml, Yeast-10 gm
Ingredients B: High Gluten Flour-320 gm, Sugar-50 gm, Salt-10 gm, Cooking Oil-Some
Ingredients C: Soda Powder-Some, Life Water-Some, Egg Wash-1 pc
Ingredients D: Pepper Salt-Some, Cinnamon Powder-Some
Methods:
1. Mix well the ingredients A.
2. Put all ingredients B into the e-Maker, press “Knead” button, pour in the mixture of step 1 into the e-Maker.
3. 4 minutes later, take out the dough and put in a bowl, close well and keep for an hour of fermentation.
4. After fermentation, divide into small dough, knead into noodles and make into pretzels.
5. Mix well the soda powder and Life Water of ingredients C, then dip the pretzels fully into the mixture. Lastly spread the pretzels with egg wash.
6. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, then bake the pretzels for 20 minutes at 160°.
7. After baking, sprinkle the pretzels with the ingredients D. Ready to serve.
圣诞椒盐卷饼
材料A:生命水-150 ml、酵母-10 gm
材料B:高筋面粉-320 gm、白糖-50 gm、盐-10 gm、食油-少许
材料C:苏打粉-适量、生命水-适量、蛋黄液-1 颗
材料D:椒盐-适量、肉桂粉-适量
做法:
1. 将材料A搅拌至均匀。
2. 将全部的材料B放入养生制造机,按“Knead”键, 再将搅拌好的材料A倒入制造机内。3. 4分钟后,取出搅拌好的材料然后搓成面团,接着放入碗中密封,发酵至1个小时。
4. 将发酵后的面团平分小块,接着搓成面条再拉成卷饼型状。
5. 将材料C的苏打粉和生命水搅拌均匀,将弄好的卷饼放入水中后取出,接着涂上材料C的蛋黄液。
6. 预热烤炉5分钟,放入卷饼,设定160°烤至20分钟。
7. 卷饼从烤炉取出后,撒上材料D即可享用。
