Ingredients A: Egg-1 pc, Butter (Melted)-50 gm, Vanilla Essence-Some
Ingredients B: All Purpose Flour-150 gm, Brown Sugar-50 gm, Baking Soda-2 gm
Ingredients C: Chocolate Chips-30 gm
Methods:
1. Mix well all the ingredients A and set aside.
2. Put the ingredients B into the e-Maker, close the cover properly.
3. Connect the power supply, press “POWER” button, then press “Knead” button, the e-Maker will start operating.
4. While kneading, slowly pour in the mixture of ingredients A into the e-Maker.
5. After kneading, pour the mixture into a bowl and make it into desired round shape and then flatten, garnish some ingredient C on top.
6. Preheat the oven at 170˚C, bake for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
巧克力曲奇饼
材料A:鸡蛋-1粒、牛油 (融化)-50 gm、香精-适量
材料B:中筋面粉-150 gm、黄糖-50 gm、苏打粉-2 gm
材料C:巧克力粒-30 gm
做法:
1. 将材料A搅拌均匀备用。
2. 将材料B倒入养生制造机内,并将盖盖好。
3. 启动电源,按“POWER”,然后再按“Knead”键以搅拌均匀。
4. 当在搅拌时, 将备用的材料A慢慢倒入机器当中一起搅拌均匀。
5. 完成后, 即可取出放在碗中, 然后搓成圆形压平,将一些材料C放在表面上。
6. 放入烘炉内, 以170˚C 烘培15分钟即可享用。
