Ingredients A: Unsalted Butter (Melted)-20 gm, Milk-130 ml
Ingredients B: Glutinous Rice Flour-40 gm, Tapioca Powder-100 gm, Baking Powder-15 gm, Caster Sugar-10 gm
Ingredients C: Egg-1 pc, Grated Parmesan-90 gm
Methods:
1. Mix well the ingredients A and set aside.
2. Put the ingredients B into the e-Maker, press “Knead” button, then slowly pour the mixture A into the e-Maker.
3. Mix well the egg of ingredients C then pour slowly into the e-Maker. After 4 minutes, put the grated parmesan into the e-Maker.
4. Press “Knead” button to mix well the ingredients.
5. After mixing, take out the mixture and make it into small round balls.
6. Preheat the oven, bake at 180˚C for 15 minutes until golden. Ready to serve.

材料B:糯米粉-40 gm、木薯粉-100 gm、泡打粉-15 gm、幼糖-10 gm
材料C:鸡蛋-1 颗、帕尔马干酪-90 gm
做法:
1. 将材料A搅拌均匀备用。
2. 将材料B放入养生制造机,按“Knead”键,然后再将之前备用的材料A慢慢地倒入养生制造机内。
3. 将材料C的鸡蛋搅拌均匀然后也慢慢地倒入养生制造机内。4分钟后,再将帕尔马干酪放入养生制造机内。
4. 按多一次“Knead”键,将所有材料搅拌均匀。
5. 完成后,取出面团然后搓成一粒一粒圆状。
6. 预热烘炉,以180˚C 烘培15分钟至金黄色即可享用。
