Black Sesame Mantou 黑芝麻养生馒头 (video)

Ingredients A: Black Sesame-20 gm, Yeast-2 gm, Fine Sugar-60 gm, Cooking Oil-3 ml, Life Water-150 ml

Ingredients B: Medium Gluten Flour-250 gm

Methods:

1. Put all ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 2 minutes. Pour 160ml of the mixture into the measurement cup and set aside.

2. Put the ingredients B into the e-Maker, press“Knead”button, then slowly pour the mixture A into the e-Maker.

3. After 4 minutes, press again“Knead”button . After mixing, take out the dough and cover for 1 hour fermentation.

4. After 1 hour, knead the dough into long shape then cut into mantou shape.

5. Preheat steamer, use medium heat to steam for 20 minutes. Ready to serve.

黑芝麻养生馒头

材料A:黑芝麻-20 gm、酵母-2 gm、细糖-60 gm、食油-3 ml、生命水-150 ml

材料B:中筋面粉-250 gm

做法:

1. 将所有的材料A放入养生调理机,设定3号搅拌2分钟,然后将搅拌好的材料倒入量杯至160ml备用。

2. 将材料B倒入养生制造机,按“Knead”键,然后将之前备用的材料A慢慢地倒入养生制造机内。

3. 4分钟后,再按一次“Knead”键。完成后,即可取出面团放在碗中盖好,等待1小时的发酵。

4. 1小时发酵后,将面团搓成条形后切成馒头的形状。

5. 预热蒸炉,已中火蒸20分钟后即可享用。
