
Ingredients:
Beibei pumpkin 1, Chicken thigh, dried scallops, sweet corn kernels, & red dates – adjust to preference, Ginger 2 slices , Salt to taste, Water enough to cover all ingredients
Methods:
1. Wash the Beibei pumpkin, chicken, and red dates thoroughly. Remove seeds from the red dates and the pumpkin.
2. Slice off the top of the pumpkin and keep it for later. Scoop out the seeds and fibers inside.
3. Fill the pumpkin with the prepared ingredients, adjusting the amount based on the pumpkin’s size.
4. Add water to the pumpkin until it covers the ingredients, filling about 90% full.
5. Bring water to a boil in a steamer, then place the filled pumpkin inside. Cover with the pumpkin lid and the steamer lid.
6. Set the iTAZZO e-Touch smart stove to medium heat and steam for 40-50 minutes.
7. Add a pinch of salt & some goji berries to taste during the last 5 minutes of steaming.
8. Enjoy the soup directly from the pumpkin or serve it in a bowl for sharing.

做法:
1.贝贝南瓜、鸡肉、红枣去籽洗净。
2.贝贝南瓜切掉头部保留待用,挖走籽和瓤。
3.将材料全部放进南瓜内,视南瓜大小放入合适份量的材料。
4.将水倒入南瓜中,掩盖所有食材,约9分满即可。
5.水开后置入南瓜盅,盖上南瓜盖子,和蒸锅盖。
6.e-Touch智能电炉设中火,定时蒸40-50分钟即可。
7.蒸好前5分钟,可以根据个人口味加入适量盐巴和枸杞。
