Basil Cashew Patties 九层腰果肉饼

Ingredients: Chicken-150 gm, Basil-25 pcs, Cashew Nut-60 gm, Mint-5 pcs, Water-50 ml, Cooking Oil-50 ml, Salt-Some

Methods:

1. Put basil, cashew nut, mint, water, cooking oil and salt in the e-Processor. Set at speed 2 and blend for 2mins.

2. After blending, put in the chicken and blend again until smooth.

3. Marinate the patties for 15mins.

4. Heat up the pan and fry the patties until cook. Ready to serve.

材料:鸡肉-150 gm、九层塔-25 片、腰果-60 gm、薄荷叶-5 片、水-50 ml 、食油-50 ml、盐-少许

做法:

1. 将九层塔,腰果、薄荷叶、水、食油及盐放入养生调理机,设定2号打2分钟。

2. 搅拌均匀后,再把鸡肉放进养生调理机内打至细滑。

3. 把肉酱腌制至15分钟,然后捏成肉饼。

4. 热锅后,把肉饼煎熟即可食用 。
