Banana Roti Canai 香蕉煎饼 (video)

Ingredients A: Flour-180 gm, Butter (Melted)-35 ml, Condensed Milk-35 ml, Life Water-100 ml

Ingredients B: Banana (Sliced)-1 pc

Methods:

1. Pour in ingredients A of Flour, Butter and Condensed Milk into the e-Maker, press“Knead”button to start kneading process. Slowly pour in Life Water during the kneading process.

2. After 4 minutes, take out the dough from the e-Maker. Knead the dough with some Butter, set aside for 2 hours fermentation.

3. After 2 hours fermentation, Apply some Butter on work surface and divide the dough into 3 pcs

4. Stretch & flatten the dough, add in Banana, wrap the dough into square shape.

5. Preheat the pan with Butter, pan-fried the roti canai till golden brown. Ready to serve.

香蕉煎饼

材料A:面粉-180 gm、牛油 (溶化)-35 ml、炼奶-35 ml、生命水-100 ml

材料B:香蕉 (切片)-1 条

备用材料牛油-少许

做法:

1. 将材料A的面粉,牛油及炼奶倒入养生制造机,按“Knead”键开始搅拌。搅拌时,将生命水慢慢地倒养生制造机。 

2. 4分钟后,将面团取出,然后使用牛油将面团搓一搓,放置一旁发酵2小时。

3. 2小时发酵后,在砧板上涂少许牛油,然后将面团分成3份。

4. 将面团搓薄,放入香蕉,然后包成四方形。

5. 将牛油放入锅中预热,然后将煎饼放入锅煎至金黄色即可享用。
