Banana Cake 香蕉糕 (video)

Ingredients A: Banana – 120 gm, Corn oil – 95 ml, Fine sugar- 50 gm

Ingredients B: Self-rising flour – 100 gm, Baking soda – 1 gm

Spare Utensil: Rectangle Cake Pan – 1 pc

Methods:

1. Put all ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend for 5 seconds.

2. Add in all ingredients B into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend 40 seconds. Pour the mixture into the cake pan.

3. Preheat oven, bake at 150˚C (upper and lower heat) for 30 minutes. Ready to serve.

香蕉糕

材料A :香蕉 – 120 gm,玉米油 – 95 ml,细糖 – 50 gm

材料B :自发面粉 – 100 gm, 苏打粉 – 1 gm

备用工具:长方形蛋糕模具 – 1 个

做法:

1. 将材料A放入养生调理机, 设定1号搅拌5秒。

2. 再将材料B放入养生调理机,设定1号搅拌至40秒, 然后倒入模具里。

3. 预热烤炉,以上下火150˚C烘焙30分钟即可享用。
