Almond London Cookies 可口杏仁饼(video)

Ingredients A: Butter (Melted)-100 gm, Caster Sugar-65 gm, Egg Yolk-1 pc, Vanilla Essence-1 tablespoon

Ingredients B: Flour-200 gm, Corn Flour-25 gm

Other Ingredients: Almond (Roasted)-50 pcs, Dark Compound-250 gm

Methods:

1. Mix well the butter and caster sugar on medium heat.

2. Put the ingredients B into the e-Maker, press the “Knead” button and then slowly pour in the mixture & egg yolk.

3. After 4 minutes, press again the “Knead” button.

4. After mixing, pour the mixture into a bowl.

5. Take some dough & wrap it with an almond, make it into olive shape.

6. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, bake for 15 minutes at 150˚C.

7. Cut the dark compound chocolate into small pieces.

8. Use the water bath method to melt the ingredient D and mix well.

9. Coat the cookies with the melted chocolate, place the cookies into small paper cups.

10. Sprinkle with colour balls. Ready to serve.

 

可口杏仁饼

材料A:牛油(溶解)-100 gm、糖粉-65 gm、蛋黄-1 粒、香草精-1 汤匙

材料B:面粉-200 gm玉米粉-25 gm

其他材料:杏仁 (炒香)-50 粒, 无糖巧克力块-250 gm

做法:

1. 将牛油和糖粉加热并搅拌均匀。

2. 将材料B放入养生制造机, 按“Knead”键, 然后慢慢倒入已搅拌好的材料和蛋黄。

3. 4分钟后, 再按“Knead”键以便将材料搅拌得更均匀。

4. 完成后, 即可取出面团放在碗中。

5. 将一小撮的面团裹着一颗杏仁, 搓成橄榄形状。

6. 预热烘炉10分钟, 然后 以150˚C 烘培15分钟。

7. 把无糖巧克力块切成小块状

8. 隔水加热将材料D煮溶解及搅拌均匀。

9. 将饼干沾上巧克力浆后 ,放入小纸杯。

10. 洒上彩色粉粒既可享用。
