Ingredients:
Snow pear / Chinese pear 1 , Rock sugar to taste, Lemon pulp 1 small piece (optional), Water 350 ml, Ice cubes as needed
Methods：
1. Wash, core, and chop the pear.
2. Add all ingredients into the i-Processor blending jug.
3. Blend on Speed 4 for about 1 minute.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
