Ingredients:
Ripe papaya 150gm, Fresh milk / plant-based milk 100ml, Cool or iced water 150ml, ce cubes (optional)
Methods:
1. Peel and deseed the papaya, then cut into chunks.
2. Add papaya and water into the i-Processor blending jug Blend on low speed until smooth.
3. Add ice cubes if desired and continue blending briefly.
4. Pour into a glass and stir in the milk—or simply add the milk to the blender at the start and blend it all together.
5. Best enjoyed immediately after blending!
Tips to Prevent Bitterness or Curdling:
1. Use fully ripe papaya and avoid over-blending.
2. Use chilled plant-based milk like oat or soy milk to reduce curdling.
3. Drink right after blending—don’t leave it sitting too long.

1. 木瓜选熟透的,而且过程不宜打太久。
2. 也可以使用冷藏植物奶,像是燕麦奶或豆奶。
3. 现打现喝,不宜放置太久。
